Production - Painter (1st or 2nd Shift)

Overview:Prepares and paints products to meet the project specifications.

Specification: 
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint to surfaces using various techniques such as spraying
- Ensure a smooth and even finish by carefully applying multiple coats of paint
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and others in the work environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Tools & Technology:
- Experience in auto painting or similar field is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
